Why switch to a Prismatic Scope? - Using a prism based optical system allows the size of the actual scope to be significantly reduced.
It eliminates the traditionally large objective lens and exceedingly long housing and eye-relief.
This is all done without sacrificing the scopes light-gathering performance or magnification and dramatically increases the field of view.
Using the new prismatic design reduces the overall size and weight, which results in better balance allowing the shooter to stay on target longer without fatigue.
Prismatics offer a wider field of view when compared to traditional sights and are highly focusable right down to 6m for close range shooting.
Immersive Optics scopes offer glass-etched illuminated mildot or mildot rapid reticle (see individual models), high precision windage & elevation controls (no parallax) and comes with a MOA adjustable mount.
As standard you can enjoy ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass which maintains natural colour reproduction right across the observable field of view. It minimises chromatic aberration (colour fringing), resulting in high clarity, picture-perfect results for those longer shots.
All Immersive Optics day scopes feature an innovative eye-relief and lens cap retention system keeping the covers easily and securely held out of the way.
